What do I do during a heart attack?

A heart attack is scary, whether it's happening to you or to someone around you. But by recognizing the symptoms, you'll be able to seek help quickly. The warning signs of a heart attack include pain, shortness of breath, nausea, sweating, and feeling tired. If you are experiencing any of these symptoms, have someone call 9-1-1 immediately. Sit or lie down so you are comfortable until the ambulance arrives.
