Getting physical activity
Sometimes we need a little wake-up call to remind us that physical activity is so important in keeping our heart healthy. Exercise can strengthen our heart muscle and lower our blood pressure. Getting regular aerobic exercise can even increase the amount of "good" cholesterol in your bloodstream, and reduce the amount of "bad" cholesterol.
