Is there a healthy way to snack?

Eating one or two healthy snacks a day will help keep your energy up and improve your overall health. When you're preparing your snack, try to choose foods from at least two food groups. You could have an apple and a handful of nuts, or a plate of cheese and crackers. These snacks will give you energy right away, and keep you satisfied longer.
