Warning signs - Stroke
Strokes can be especially dangerous, because sometimes people don't even know that they're having one. Here are the five common symptoms of a stroke: numbness (usually on only one side of your body), trouble speaking, losing your balance, trouble seeing, and a sudden headache. If you or someone around you thinks they are having a stroke, call 9-1-1 immediately. If you get help right away, there are treatments that can restore the blood flow to your brain and prevent serious damage.
